The second day of the EBSCA Camp started with an intense morning training session in the gym, where participants were divided into groups focusing on specific softball skills – hitting, pitching, and catching. Each group went through several dedicated blocks designed to develop both basic and advanced techniques. The morning continued with baserunning drills and controlled situational plays that emphasized communication and game awareness.
In the afternoon, the program continued with combined pitching and catching sessions, as well as hitting practice for other groups. The focus remained on teamwork, precision, and execution under pressure.
The evening program was dedicated to Mental Training, led by a team of experts who held separate sessions for players and coaches. Players participated in a workshop on managing the activation of the nervous system and maintaining optimal focus through biofeedback training, while coaches attended a lecture on motivation in sports and physiology, delivered by Sandra Đurijanček, mag. psych.
The day concluded on a lighter note with fun activities and the continuation of the Rock, Paper, Scissors tournament, which further strengthened the camp’s team spirit and friendly atmosphere.
