Rylan Galvan, Texas Longhorns – Rylan Galvan put together a spectacular season for Texas behind the plate. During the 2025 season, he batted .296 with 15 home runs and 47 RBI.

His third season in college baseball was his best one when it came to his hitting.

Galvan was also sound defensively behind the plate. He had 465 putouts and 31 assists. His fielding percentage sat at a solid .992 with just four errors all season long.

His great season with Texas in 2025 did not only make him a finalist for the Buster Posey award, but he was also named first-team All-SEC.

Carson Tinney, Notre Dame Fighting Irish – A breakout sophomore season was what was in store for Notre Dame catcher Carson Tinney.

In 2025, he had a .348 batting average and a .498 on-base percentage. Tinney also showed off the power this past season for the Fighting Irish with 17 home runs.

He was Notre Dame’s best hitter this past season.
