On Friday, Ben Zeigler-Namoa announced on his X account that he would be returning to Hawaii for the 2026 college baseball season.
It will be the senior season for the Hawaii native and his third season in the Rainbow Warrior program.

Zeigler-Namoa’s All-Conference Season in 2025 – In 2025, Zeigler-Namoa was one of Hawaii’s top hitters at the plate. He had a .333 batting average, which was the second-best on the team, and a .409 on-base percentage.
He also led the team in doubles (17) and RBI (54) this past season. Zeigler-Namoa had seven home runs as well.
He was also a steady player on defense in 2025 with a .996 fielding percentage and only two errors all year.
In his career with Hawaii, Zeigler-Namoa has just three total errors.
The fabulous season the team-leading hitter had led to him winning some all-conference awards. Zeigler-Namoa was named second-team All-Big West.
Standout in the 2025 Big West Tournament – During the 2025 Big West Tournament, Hawaii made a run to the semifinal round before losing to the Cal Poly Mustangs.
However, during their deep conference tournament run, Zeigler-Namoa shined with six hits, eight RBI, and also had two home runs.
This performance during the four-game stretch earned him a spot on the Big West All-Tournament team.
He was one of two Hawaii players to make the team as right-handed pitcher Isaiah Magdaleno also was nominated for the team.
Hawaii 2025 Season Results – In 2025, the Hawaii Rainbow Warriors went 35-21 overall and were 16-14 in Big West play. They were an impressive team at home in Les Murakami Stadium with a 25-10 home record.
