Arrambide and his 2026 season with the Tigers
After the series win against Tennessee, Arrambide now has a .295 batting average this season. He has eight home runs on the season, with half of them coming during Sunday’s win. He also has 23 RBIs in 2026.
The Sunday game against Tennessee was his first multi-hit performance since March 15. That day, the sophomore catcher had two hits in a 16-9 win over Vanderbilt.
Arrambide is now up to six multi-hit games this season. He is truly showing signs of coming into form as a formidable collegiate player during his second season in Baton Rouge.
