On Wednesday, it was announced that the Dallas Baptist Patriots would be joining the Pac-12 conference in 2027.

The Patriots are currently members of Conference USA, which they will remain a part of for the 2026 college baseball season.

The Pac-12 Conference Revival – After being extinguished following the 2024 season, the Pac-12 is being brought back for 2027.

The other members of the conference for baseball include the Oregon State Beavers, Washington State Cougars, San Diego State Aztecs, Fresno State Bulldogs, Gonzaga Bulldogs, and Texas State Bobcats.

It will be the fourth different conference Dallas Baptist will be a part of. The Patriots were in the Western Athletic Conference (WAC) for the 2013 season before they left to join the Missouri Valley Conference.

Then, in 2023, they officially joined Conference USA.

They went to the NCAA Tournament as the two-seed in the Baton Rouge regional.
