Didier Seminet Elected President of the French Federation of Baseball and Softball

Didier Seminet, who has previously held leadership roles within FFBS, returns to the presidency with a wealth of experience and a renewed vision for the development of baseball, softball, and baseball5 in France. His election marks the beginning of a new chapter for the French Federation as it continues to promote the growth of the sports across the nation. Seminet has previously served as the first Co-President of WBSC Europe in 2018.

The French Federation of Baseball and Softball has announced its leadership team for the 2025–2028 term, led by newly elected President Didier Seminet.

The Executive Board demonstrates a commitment to diversity and expertise, with equal representation of 12 women and 12 men guiding the Federation toward its ambitious objectives for the 2025–2028 term.

Key figures in the Federal Office include Baptiste Izoulet, serving as First Vice-President in charge of Sport and Citizenship, Aurélie Bacelon, Vice-President responsible for Women’s Development, and Julie Fouace, Vice-President overseeing Volunteering. Supporting the leadership team are Damien Guionie, the Federation’s Secretary-General, and Christelle Bonavita, the Treasurer-General. Additionally, Flavien Hasslauer and Chiara Enrione-Thorrand serve as Representatives of Elite Athletes.

WBSC Europe acknowledges the dedication of the outgoing leadership team led by Thierry Raphet for their efforts in advancing the sport and looks forward to collaborating with President Seminet and his Executive Board.
