SOUTH WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. (June 30, 2025) – Little League® International has announced Frank Nazay as its Manager of Infrastructure, effective June 30, 2025.

“On behalf of the IT department and the entire organization, we are excited to welcome Frank to the Little League team in this key managerial role,” said Joe Sassano, Little League Senior Executive, Information Technology. “Frank brings a wealth of knowledge and experience that will be a tremendous asset to not only our department, but Little League International as a whole, as we define the technical direction of the organization.”

In his new role as Manager of Infrastructure, he will be responsible for proposing, developing, and implementing policies and procedures governing technology, while also serving as a technical advisor to departments across Little League International.

“The opportunity to work for Little League International is especially meaningful, having personally experienced the positive impact it had on my youth,” said Nazay. “It’s incredibly rewarding to now contribute by enhancing the organization’s technology infrastructure, with the goal of creating a more connected and efficient experience for players, coaches, families, and employees.”

Before joining Little League, Nazay honed his skills working as a Support Manager with the York County Government, overseeing the planning and coordination of enterprise technology across more than 50 county offices, which serve nearly 451,000 county citizens.

Nazay also brings more than ten years of experience managing Information Technology Infrastructure for Public, Private, and Nonprofit organizations. Nazay earned his associate’s degree in information technology from Caroll Community College and is pursuing his degree from the University of Maryland in management of information systems.
