ICYMI: Where to Watch the MLB Seoul Series

The Major League Baseball season started this morning at 6:05 a.m. on the East Coast.

The season opener between the San Diego Padres and the Los Angeles Dodgers was played at the Gocheok SkyDome in Seoul, South Korea, with the Dodgers claiming a 5-2 victory behind Shohei Ohtani’s two-hit effort in his debut in blue.

The second game of the MLB Seoul Series is tomorrow, again at 6:05 a.m. EDT.

Fans in the U.S. can watch the game via the MLB.tv app with a paid subscription.

In the greater Los Angeles area, the game will be broadcast live on Spectrum Sportsnet, the local tv home of Los Angeles Dodgers baseball.

In San Diego, the game will be broadcast on Padres.tv, the local streaming broadcast home of the Padres, free of charge.

A national telecast will be available via ESPN and the ESPN app.

Game two will see Joe Musgrove start for San Diego against Yoshinobu Yamamoto, who is making his MLB debut after signing a 12-year, $325 million contract with the Dodgers during the offseason. He previously played for the Orix Buffaloes in Nippon Professional Baseball, Japan’s top league.
