In 2025, Judd Utermark was a big-time power-hitter for the Ole Miss Rebels. Coming off of his best season yet, Utermark is set up to be one of the home run-hitting leaders in the Southeastern Conference (SEC) and maybe even the country.
Utermark in 2025 with Ole Miss
Utermark had 22 home runs with a .294 batting average and 69 RBIs. The 22 home runs he had in 2025 were the second-most in a season by a single player in Ole Miss baseball history.
Utermark also became faster on the base paths. He had seven stolen bases last season. This was a big improvement from 2023 and 2024, when he had three steals in those two seasons combined.
Utermark came alive late for Ole Miss during the postseason and brought home some individual accolades to show that.
First, he was named to the SEC Championship All-Tournament team. Utermark played a massive role in leading the Rebels to the SEC Tournament title game against the Vanderbilt Commodores.
He was later named to the Oxford Regional All-Tournament team as well.
