Tigres de Quintana Roo (24-27) 4, Sultanes de Monterrey (28-24) 3 (Game 1/Seven Innings) – Troy Viola hit a solo homer in the first, Phillip Ervin hit a two-run homer in the fourth, and Kennys Vargas’ eighth-inning single scored Manuel Boscan with the go-ahead run as the Tigres took the first game of the doubleheader. Victor Mendoza drove in all three Monterrey runs, one with a third inning ground out and two with a single in the fifth.
Sultanes de Monterrey (29-24) 5, Tigres de Quintana Roo (24-28) 1 (Game 2/Seven Innings) – Socrates Brito tripled home Johan Lopez in the second and singled home Gustavo Nunez in the fourth, and Omar Renteria and Ismael Alcantara hit back-to-back homers in the second for Monterrey.
Olmecas de Tabasco (33-19) 2, Saraperos de Saltillo (18-31) 0 (Game 1/Seven Innings) – Yamaico Navarro hit a solo homer in the fifth and Randy Romero gave the Olmecas insurance, scoring Agustin Ruiz with a sac fly in the seventh. Austin Warner allowed two hits and a walk over 5 1/3 shutout innings for Tabasco, striking out two.
Olmecas de Tabasco (34-19) 5, Saraperos de Saltillo (18-32) 3 (Game 2/Seven Innings) – Yamaico Navarro had a two-run double in the fourth and Agustin Ruiz hit a solo homer in the sixth as the Olmecas swept the doubleheader from Saltillo, giving Tabasco sole possession of first place in the Zona Sur by half a game.
Algodoneros de Union Laguna (22-30) 6, El Aguila de Veracruz (22-40) 5 (Game 1/Eight Innings) – Emmanuel Rivera and Mason Martin hit two-run homers and Albert Lara had an RBI double as Union Laguna scored five to tie the game in the eighth, and then Lara’s RBI single in the bottom of the eighth score Eguy Rosario to win the game for the Algodoneros.
El Aguila de Veracruz (23-30) 5, Algodoneros de Union Laguna (23-31) 2 (Game 2/Seven Innings) – Maikel Franco went 3-for-4 with a solo homer and two RBIs and Austin Shenton drove in a pair of runs for El Aguila as they split the doubleheader with the Algodoneros.

Tecolotes de los Dos Laredos (22-31) 4, Leones de Yucatan (18-34) 0 – Ariel Sandoval and Luis De Los Santos each had RBI singles, and Harold Ramirez had an RBI double, and the Tecos had seven pitchers combine efforts to shut out Yucatan.
Piratas de Campeche (22-28) 3, Dorados de Chihuahua (20-33) 1 – Campeche got an RBI single from Fernando Perez and a two-run double from Raul Torres in the seventh to get Campeche past Chihuahua. Caleb Smith allowed one run on one hit and three walks, striking out seven over 6 1/3 innings for Chihuahua in the loss.
Guerreros de Oaxaca (30-23) 5, Acereros de Monclova (29-24) 3 – Yariel Gonzalez had a two-run double for Monclova in the fifth and Yonathan Daza drove in two runs, one with an RBI single and one with a sac fly to get the Guerreros their 30th win of the year.
Charros de Jalisco (30-24) 13, Diablos Rojos del Mexico (34-20) – Francisco Mejia had three RBIs, and Jared Walsh, Mateo Gil, and Kyle Garlick each had two RBIs as the Charros won a rain-delay game in Mexico City. Jon Singleton hit his 18th homer of the year for the Diablos, and Franklin Barreto contributed a two-run homer for Mexico.

Conspiradores de Queretaro (26-26) at Rieleros de Aguascalientes (22-29) – This game was postponed due to rain and will be made up as part of a doubleheader on Thursday.
Toros de Tijuana (36-16) 10, Bravos de Leon (30-23) 2 – Justin Turner went 4-for-4 with two runs scored and two RBIs as Tijuana improved to 20 games above .500 in a blowout of Leon. Sandber Pimentel homered twice for the Bravos in the loss.
