Guerreros de Oaxaca (13-9) 7, El Aguila de Veracruz (10-12) 2 – Mel Rojas Jr. went 2-for-2 with two walks, scored three times, drove in two runs, and hit his fifth homer of the year, a two-run shot in the second, as the Guerreros took sole position of third place in the Zona Sur by winning Monday’s lone game. Starter Robert Dugger threw five innings for Oaxaca, allowing one run on six hits, walking one and striking out four.
