Diablos Rojos del Mexico (37-20) 11, Sultanes de Monterrey (29-27) 2 – Jon Singleton homered twice to reach the 20-homer plateau for the season and tie for the league lead, hitting a three-run homer in the first and another in the second, driving in six runs as the Diablos took the series finale from Monterrey. Ricardo Pinto allowed two runs on four hits over six innings of work, walking one and striking out seven.

Caliente de Durango (30-26) 9, Conspiradores de Queretaro (28-29) 8 – Durango scored five in the second inning with Elier Hernandez hitting a two-run single in the big innings, and added three more in the third and one in the fourth to edge Queretaro on Sunday. Daniel Castro drove in two runs for the Conspiradores with a single in the first.
Tigres de Quintana Roo (27-28) 2, Dorados de Chihuahua (21-36) 1 – JJ Matijevic drove in a run with a seventh-inning sac fly and Rainer Nunez hit a solo homer to get Quintana Roo pat Chihuahua. Starter Darius Vines threw six scoreless innings for the Tigres, allowing four hits, two walks, and striking out four, and Dorados starter Emilio Vargas threw six scoreless innings of one-hit ball, walking one and striking out four.

Saraperos de Saltillo (21-32) 7, Bravos de Leon (30-26) (Game 1/Seven Innings) – The Saraperos scored five runs in the bottom of the sixth, getting a two-run single from Dairon Blanco to cap the inning and take the first game of the doubleheader from Leon.
Bravos de Leon (31-26) 10, Saraperos de Saltillo (21-33) (Game 2/10 Innings) – Connor Panas drove in two runs with a triple in the top of the 10th as part of a four-run rally that got the Bravos a split of the doubleheader. Jermaine Palacios had four RBIs for Leon, two coming on a homer in the fourth.
Guerreros de Oaxaca (32-24) 9, Charros de Jalisco (31-25) 1 – Yonathan Daza went 3-for-5, Jorge Flores went 3-for-4, and each drove in two runs as Oaxaca easily got past the Charros. Ricardo Valenzuela homered for Oaxaca in the win. Mateo Gil hit a solo homer for Jalisco.
Pericos de Puebla (29-27) at Rieleros de Aguascalientes (25-30) – This game was cancelled due to rain.
El Aguila de Veracruz (25-31) 7, Tecolotes de los Dos Laredos (23-34) 4 – Daniel Montano had a two-run homer and an RBI single and Maikel Franco added a solo homer as El Aguila took the series finale from the Tecos in Nuevo Laredo. Zoilo Almonte’s 14th homer of the year, a three-run shot in the first, put Laredo ahead early.

Piratas de Campeche (25-29) 4, Acereros de Monclova (29-28) 3 – A pair of RBI singles, one by Abraham Almonte and another by Andrew Stevenson, and a sac fly by Emmanuel Avila got the Piratas their 25th win of the season Sunday. Balbino Fuenmayor and Rusber Estrada hit solo homers for Monclova in their fifth straight loss.
Leones de Yucatan (21-35) 6, Algodoneros de Union Laguna (24-33) 4 – Eduardo Torrealba went 3-for-5 with two RBIs and Marco Jaime hit a solo homer and drove in two runs for the Leones. Eguy Rosario hit his seventh homer of the year, a two-run homer in the seventh, for Union Laguna.

Toros de Tijuana (39-17) 9, Olmecas de Tabasco (35-22) 6 – Justin Turner went 2-for-4 with two doubles and scored twice, and Wilmer Flores hit a solo homer as Tijuana took the series finale. The Toros now lead the Zona Norte by 8 1/2 games over second place Jalisco.
