The Top 25 NCAA Division 1 Rankings were released on April 28 from D1 Baseball.com, with Texas A&M staying in the No.1 Spot for the third consecutive week.

Texas A&M (38-6) went 3-1 last week with a win against Houston and taking two out of three against last week’s No. 20 Georgia in College Station.

The University of Arkansas (37-7) remained No.2 after going 3-1, winning against UAPB and taking two out of three against Florida.

Tennessee (37-7) stayed in the No.3 after going 4-0 with wins against Western California and a three-game sweep of Missouri in Knoxville.

The University of South Carolina (29-14) had the most significant rise, moving nine spots from No.24 to No.15. They went 2-1, taking two out of three against last week’s No.4 Kentucky in Columbia.

Vanderbilt (31-13) had the biggest fall, dropping six spots from No.11 to No.17. They went 2-2 with wins against UT Martin and one out of three against Mississippi State in Nashville.

After not being ranked last week, Mississippi State (29-15) is at No.16, and Utah (29-13) is at No.25.

The two teams that dropped out of the Top 25 NCAA Division I rankings are Coastal Carolina (27-17), previously ranked at No. 13, and Oregon (29-14), previously at No.22.

There are four top-25 matchups this weekend, including a series with top ten teams.

The SEC will have an action-packed weekend with three top-25 matchups. No.2 Arkansas travels to No.8 Kentucky for an SEC showdown in a three-game set.

No.17 Vanderbilt will travel to No. 19 Georgia, and No.23 Alabama will travel to No.16 Mississippi State.

No.20 NC State will travel to No.7 Florida State in an ACC battle.

Each of these series can be found on the WatchESPN app.
