Panama Crowned Champions of Serie de Las Americas

The Serie De Las Americas tournament has ended and a champion has been crowned. Panama has won it all, thanks to great pitching and timely hitting.

After slaying the 5-0 Curacao Goats, Panama took down Nicaragua 3-1 to win it all.  Every single hitter, except for one, recorded at least one hit for Panama. The RBIS came from Austin Dennis, Abraham Rodriguez, and Robert Mullen. The big blow was an RBI triple from Austin Dennis that sparked a two-run inning to give Panama all the runs they needed.

Once again, it was the pitching that shined for Panama. Antonio Sanchez started the game and went 2.2 innings, only allowing one run on one hit. Kevin Rodriguez would come on in relief and throw 4.1 scoreless innings, only allowing four hits. Jorge Garcia would close it out again, throwing two scoreless innings while striking out three to lead Panama to victory.
