On Tuesday, the Penn State Nittany Lions revealed their 2025 fall exhibition schedule. The schedule includes three games for Penn State that will all be played at Lubrano Park in State College, Pa.
On September 26, the Nittany Lions will host the Villanova Wildcats. Then, on October 10, they will play against the Team Ontario Baseball Club. The final fall exhibition game for Penn State will be on October 17 when they will play against the Bucknell Bison.
Breaking Down Penn State’s Fall Exhibition Opponents – This past season, Villanova went 22-28 overall and was 6-15 in Big East play.
They finished sixth in the Big East standings this year, ahead of the Butler Bulldogs and Georgetown Hoyas.
Team Ontario is a club baseball team filled with prospects that plays against different colleges in the fall. Penn State is one of the stops they will make for an exhibition game.
Other colleges Team Ontario has played in exhibitions include Winthrop, Rider, VCU, and UConn.
Bucknell finished the 2025 season 18-27 overall and 10-15 in Patriot League play. They finished fifth in the conference standings, ahead of the Lafayette Leopards.
Penn State played Bucknell last season in a midweek game on April 1. They defeated the Bison 14-3 in a run-rule win.

In the Big Ten tournament at Charles Schwab Field in Omaha, they got wins against the Washington Huskies and USC Trojans, but their season came to an end when they lost their third game of the Big Ten tournament against the Nebraska Cornhuskers.
