As previously defined, the top eight teams from the 2023 edition are set to compete in Groups A and B, hosted in Rotterdam, Netherlands.
Spain, Germany, Czechia, and Sweden will compete in Group A, while Great Britain, the Netherlands, Israel, and France will face off in Group B.
Group C will take place in Senago, Milan, Italy, featuring Italy, Switzerland, Greece, and Lithuania, who earned their spot after promotion from the 2024 Qualifier in Kutno, Poland.
Meanwhile, Group D will be hosted in Borgerhout, Antwerp, Belgium, with Croatia, Belgium, Austria, and Hungary, the latter two also promoted from the 2024 Qualifier, completing the lineup.
The Baseball European Championship 2025 will occur during the last full week of September.
