Honorary Managers – David Justice and Brian Jordan
Former Major League Baseball players David Justice and Brian Jordan will be the honorary managers during the 2025 HBCU Swingman Classic.
Both players had stints with the Atlanta Braves during their careers. Jordan will coach the National League team, and Justice will lead the American League squad. The rosters were selected by the event’s committee, which included the namesake of the event in “Swingman” himself, Ken Griffey Jr.
Jordan was an All-Star with the Braves during the 1999 MLB season. Justice was a three-time All-Star. He won two World Series championships in his career. The first one he won with the Braves in 1995, and the second one he won with the New York Yankees in 2000.
