SOUTH WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. (July 26, 2025) – South Czech Republic Little League from Brno, Czechia, is headed back to the Little League Baseball® World Series, Presented by T-Mobile, after a dominant showing in the Europe and Africa Region Tournament.
Czechia’s representatives capped their impressive run with a narrow 3-2 victory over Madrid (Spain) Little League in the championship game, securing their third consecutive trip to Williamsport. Throughout the tournament, South Czech Republic LL outscored its opponents 42-3 and recorded a flawless 7-0 record.
In addition to their Williamsport appearance, South Czech Republic LL will also be competing in the Intermediate 50/70 Baseball World Series in Livermore, California. They are slated to face Canada in Game 3 of that tournament on Sunday, July 27, at 6 p.m. ET on ESPN+.
South Czech Republic will begin its Little League Baseball World Series journey on Thursday, August 14, at 1 p.m. ET at Volunteer Stadium, when it takes on the Japan Region Champion, Joto Little League. The whole 2025 tournament begins Wednesday, August 13, with the World Series Championship scheduled for Sunday, August 24.
