Earlier this week, it was announced that incoming Texas transfer Aiden Robbins won the 2025 Cape Cod League batting champion award. He also was named the Harwich Mariners team MVP.

Robbins led the Cape Cod League in batting average (.307) and OPS (.936). In 101 at-bats, he also had six doubles, six home runs, and 14 RBI.
The incoming Texas Longhorns transfer plays for the Harwich Mariners in the Cape Cod League. They are now playing the Brewster Whitecaps in a best-of-three series in the Cape Cod League playoffs.
2025 Season With the Seton Hall Pirates, Texas transfer decision
Robbins spent the past two collegiate seasons with the Seton Hall Pirates. In 2025, he had an outstanding year at the plate, compiling a .438 batting average. He also posted a .550 on-base percentage, 16 doubles, and 33 RBI.
Robbins walked more times than he struck out in the 2025 college baseball season, drawing 38 walks compared to 28 strikeouts.
This great season earned him several individual accolades. Robbins was named first-team All-Big East, along with his former Seton Hall teammate, starting pitcher Steven Svenson.
The outfielder is also a reliable defender. Over his two seasons with Seton Hall, he posted a .988 fielding percentage with just two errors. He made no errors during the 2025 season.
On June 18, Robbins announced his transfer to Austin to play for the Texas Longhorns in his third college baseball season.
He is part of Texas’ 15th-ranked transfer portal class, according to 64 Analytics.
