This week, the Texas A&M Aggies landed a commitment from a massive prospect in the 2027 high school class.
Outfielder Lash Henderson took to social media to announce his commitment to Texas A&M.

According to Perfect Game, Henderson is a top-30 player in the 2027 class and is ranked second among players from the state of Texas.
He currently plays high school baseball for Prestonwood Christian Academy in Frisco.
Henderson is also a three-time participant in the Perfect Game Select Festival. His commitment to the Aggies makes him the highest-ranked prospect in Texas A&M’s current 2027 recruiting class.
Henderson is joining a talented 2027 recruiting class at Texas A&M. According to Perfect Game, the Aggies’ class ranks fourth in the 2027 cycle.
The 2027 recruiting class for Texas A&M now contains five top 100 players with Henderson joining the fold. With nine total commitments in the class, the majority of 2027 prospects committed to Texas A&M are top 100 players.
The only teams with better recruiting classes in the 2027 cycle are LSU, Texas, and Tennessee.
The 2027 class is continuing Texas A&M’s steady high school recruiting as of late. The Aggies brought in the 13th-best class in the country in the 2025 cycle. They also currently have the 13th-best class in the 2026 cycle.
Now entering his second season with the team, Michael Early is collecting baseball talent to play in College Station for years to come.
