Texas A&M Lines Up October Exhibition Games

The Texas A&M Aggies head into 2025 with a new coach and a new goal: to take home hardware by winning the national championship for which they just came up short in 2024.

Before the 2025 college baseball season rolls around for them in February. The Aggies have a set of games that will be fall exhibitions in October. On Friday, Oct. 4, they will play the Houston Christian Huskies in Blue Bell Park. HCU struggled a season ago finishing 18-31 overall, but they did pick up a big win over Louisiana, who was ranked 17th in the country at the time.

Texas A&M has another exhibition later in the month against the Houston Cougars on Friday, Oct. 25. This game will also be at Blue Bell Park in College Station. The Cougars finished last season 26-28 overall. However, it was their first season in the Big 12. In conference play, they finished a lousy 7-21, with the major highlight of their first Big 12 conference schedule being a sweep of the Baylor Bears back in March.

These two exhibition games in the fall will be a good way to see how head coach Michael Early’s team looks against some in-state competition.

Both games are scheduled for 6 p.m. EDT.
