Cubs 6, Dodgers 3

Brewers 3, Giants 2
In a relatively uneventful game, the Brewers took care of business to bring their magic number down to nine games to win the division. William Contreras had his 14th 3-plus hit game of the season.
Diamondbacks 7, Rangers 0
Zac Gallen pitched five shutout innings and struck out five in the process. First-inning home runs by Joc Pederson and Christian Walker gave the Diamondbacks the early lead, and they never looked back. They now have a two-game lead over the Braves and Mets in the Wild Card race.
Athletics 4, Astros 3
Daz Cameron’s bunt single and Max Schuemann’s sacrifice bunt in the top of the 12th inning proved to be enough to score the automatic runner. The A’s took a one-run lead, and Nick Allen brought in another run with another bunt. Three bunts to score two runs in total for the A’s.
Reds 3, Cardinals 0
Elly De La Cruz stole his 63rd and 64th base in the first inning. A three-run fifth inning was all the run support the Reds pitching needed as they shut out the Cardinals.
With all the talk of the 50/50 season for Ohtani, many people have forgotten about Elly De La Cruz who has a chance to reach 70 SB this year

Royals 5, Yankees 0
The Yankees offense was held to just three hits against Seth Lugo and company. Lugo continued his great year with his 21st quality start of the season. He struck out 10 Yankees on the night, including four strikeouts of Aaron Judge and Juan Soto.
Lugo is dominating the Yankees tonight who have no answer for anything. #repbx #royals

Phillies 9, Rays 4
Tensions ran high in a great game for the Phillies offense. Nick Castellanos was hit by a pitch in the eighth inning, and benches cleared. Pitcher Edwin Uceta was ejected as a result. Kyle Schwarber also set an MLB record for single-season lead-off home runs with his 14th of the year.
