The Copa America de Beisbol, operated by WBSC Americas and organized by Loarte Consulting, will be held from November 13–22, 2025, with Venezuela replacing Mexico as co-host alongside Panama.

Venezuela is expected to host the group that includes Mexico, while Panama will play its games on home soil in the other group. A press conference is scheduled for next week at Monumental Simon Bolivar Stadium in Caracas to confirm final venue details and additional tournament information.

The 12 participating countries are:

Group A – Venezuela

Venezuela, Mexico, Curacao, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Brazil

Group B – Panama

Panama, United States, Puerto Rico, Cuba, Nicaragua, Canada

Brazil is confirmed to participate, ending speculation about whether the team would opt out due to roster overlap with the 2026 World Baseball Classic in Houston.

The top three teams from each group will advance to the Super Round, which will be played in Venezuela, to decide the first Copa America de Beisbol champion.

This event will also serve as a qualifier for the 2026 Central American and Caribbean Games in the Dominican Republic, the 2027 Pan American Games in Lima, Peru, and is the first step on the road to the 2028 Olympics.

Organized in partnership with Loarte Consulting, a Manhattan-based firm specializing in sports marketing and Hispanic-focused event services across Latin America and the United States, the tournament is designed to become a premier showcase of baseball across the Americas.

Further updates, including broadcast details and complete venue assignments, are expected at next week’s press conference in Caracas.
