The Blue Squad defeated the White Squad in the decisive game; while Panama took the bronze
(Press Release; Pan American Baseball Confederation) – The Venezuelan teams faced off in the final of the U10 International Championship, with the Blue Squad emerging victorious to claim the trophy.
Meanwhile, Panama secured third place in the tournament by defeating Brazil 10-0 in the bronze medal game in four and a half innings.
The standout player for Panama was Alejandro Delgado, who went 2-for-4 with a triple, a run scored, and three RBIs.
In the matchup between the host teams, the Blue Squad won the final by a narrow 3-2 margin, despite having lost to the White Squad in both games of the Opening Round. For the champions, the best pitcher was Dilan Mogollón, who pitched 3.1 innings, allowing two runs, striking out three, and walking one.
