Senadores de San Juan 2, Cangrejeros de Santurce 0 (10 Innings) – San Juan starter Julian Garcia allowed a hit and a walk and struck out five over six scoreless innings, and the bullpen kept the Cangrejeros off the board until the top of the 10th. Brantley Bell’s 10th inning solo homer was all the Senadores would need, but Jan Hernandez singled home Kenen Irizarry for insurance as San Juan won the series 4-1 and advanced to the LBPRC championship series.
Indios de Mayaguez 5, Criollos de Caguas 4 (10 Innings) – Anthony Garcia’s 10th inning single sent Bryan Torres home with the winning run, giving Mayaguez a 3-2 series lead. Garcia had two RBIs in the game, while Vimael Machin and Eddie Rosario each drove in a run for the Indios. Neither team has declared a starter for game six, which will be played on Tuesday evening in Caguas.

Cardenales de Lara (9-3) 4, Navegantes de Magallanes (5-7) 3 – Rangel Ravelo capped a four-run third for Lara with a three-run homer, his third homer of the playoffs, as the Cardenales took a two-game lead in the 16-game round robin. Four Lara relievers combined to allow two hits over the final four innings to preserve the win. The Cardenales can clinch a berth in the with any combination of two wins or two losses by Margarita.
Tigres de Aragua (4-8) 6, Aguilas del Zulia (5-7) 0 – Lorenzo Cedrola went 3-for-4 with a walk, two runs scored, and an RBI as the Tigres drew within a game of third place. Seven Aragua pitchers combined to allow four hits, allowing two walks in the win.

Tigres del Licey (8-2) 5, Estrellas Orientales (5-5) 4 – The Estrellas got an early 4-0 lead on a three-run double by Raimel Tapia and an RBI single by Francisco Pena in the second, but the Tigres roared back, getting a pair in the fifth and three more in the seventh on their way to their eighth win of the round robin. David Hensley’s single in the top of the seventh drove in Gustavo Nunez and Emilio Bonifacio with the tying and go-ahead runs. Licey holds a two-game lead in the round robin over the Leones del Escogido.
Leones del Escogido (6-4) 9, Aguilas Cibaenas (1-9) 0 – The Aguilas put 10 men on base and came away with nothing to show for it, losing their nith game of the round robin. Junior Caminero went 2-for-2 with three RBIs and two runs scored for the Leones, and Yamaico Navarro and Junior Lake had two RBIs each.
Liga ARCO Mexicana del Pacifico
Naranjeros de Hermosillo 5, Charros de Jalisco 2 – Odrisamer Despaigne allowed one run on six hits over six innings, striking out two and walking three for Hermosillo, which evened the series at one game apiece. Jasson Atondo and Isaac Paredes wach had RBI singles and Luis Gonzalez drove in Atondo with an RBI double as the Naranjeros scored three in the sixth inning to take the lead.
Tomateros de Culiacan 3, Caneros de Los Mochis 0 – Cristian Santana drove in the only run the Tomateros would need with a single to right field in the sixth, and Dwight Smith Jr. and Ramon Rios drove in insurance runs with doubles as Culiacan took game two and evened the series with the Caneros. Starter David Reyes allowed three hits and two walks over 6 1/3 scoreless innings for Culiacan.
