The Milwaukee Brewers called up their top pitching prospect Jacob Misiorowski, ESPN’s Jeff Passan reported on June 10.

He also is ranked 68th on MLB Pipeline.com’s Top 100 Rankings and is a right-handed pitcher. Misiorowski, 23, has a unique build at 6-foot-7, and 197 pounds. He has been clocked as high as 103 mph on his fastball. His secondary offerings include a curveball in the mid 80’s and a slider in the low 90’s. Misiorowski was drafted by the Brewers in the second round of the 2022 MLB Draft out of Crowder College in Missouri.
Misiorowski has impressed with the Brewers Triple-A affiliate, the Nashville Sounds, this season. He has racked up 80 strikeouts in 63 innings with an ERA of 2.13 with Nashville in 2025.
In 2022 he made his organizational debut with the Brewers’ Low-A affiliate, the Carolina Mudcats, but only pitched in two games. Misiorowski made a big jump in 2023, going from Low-A to Double-A by the end of the season. He was promoted to their High-A affiliate, the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers on June 6, 2023.
Misiorowski also was named to the All-Star Futures Game in Seattle at T-Mobile Park. He pitched a scoreless inning and struck out three batters in Seattle. Shortly after the All-Star Futures Game he was promoted to the Brewers Double-A affiliate, the Biloxi Shuckers, on July 22.
Additionally, he received a non-roster invite to the Brewers spring training in 2024 and was promoted to Triple-A Nashville on August 3, 2024. Misiorowski’s thrown 233.2 innings in his minor league career with 320 strikeouts and an ERA of 3.04.
