Diablos Rojos del Mexico (7-5) 4, Piratas de Campeche (4-7) 2 – Jon Singleton went 3-for-4, driving in all four Diablos runs with all three of his hits going for homers, and the Mexico pitchers combined to allow five hits and no walks in the shutout, striking out 11 Campeche batters. The three homers give Singleton nine on the season, four more than the seven players tied for second place on the list.

Pericos de Puebla (5-7) 6, Guerreros de Oaxaca (8-4) 4 – Cristihan Adames’ two-run homer in the bottom of the seventh got the Pericos their fifth win of the season, and the bullpen threw three scoreless innings for Puebla. Mel Rojas Jr. hit a pair of homers for the Guerreros, who fell a game behind the Bravos de Leon with the loss.
Charros de Jalisco (7-4) 9, Dorados de Chihuahua (4-7) 3 – Willie Calhoun went 3-for-4 and scored three times, and Kyle Garlick went 3-for-5 with a homer, two runs scored, and four RBIs as Jalisco tripled up Chihuahua. Alejandro Mejia had a pair of doubles in the loss for Chihuahua.
Toros de Tijuana (8-3) 9, Caliente de Durango (5-7) 4 – Justin Turner hit his first LMB homer, a two-run shot in the fourth inning, and the Toros scored five runs in the right to take a half-game lead in the Zona Norte over Monterrey. Daniel Martinez allowed one run on five hits over five innings, giving up one walk and striking out five for Tijuana.

Algodoneros de Union Laguna (5-7) 10, Saraperos de Saltillo (2-9) 9 – Union Laguna got three in the seventh on a homer from Isan Diaz and another in the eighth on emmanuel Rivera’s RBI single to erase a 9-6 deficit and sent Saltillo to their ninth loss of the season. Mason Martin’s three-run homer, his fifth of the year, gave the Algodoneros a 3-0 lead in the first.
Rieleros de Aguascalientes (7-5) 7, Acereros de Monclova (5-7) 6 – Sergio Perez went 2-for-3 with three RBIs for the Rieleros and Angel Reyes hit a two-run homer to help Aguascalientes into a tie for fourth place. Ramon Hernandez drove in two runs for the Acereros.
Tecolotes de los Dos Laredos (7-5) 7, Sultanes de Monterrey (8-4) 2 – Jesse Castillo went 2-for-3 with a three-run homer, Zoilo Almonte hit his fifth dinger of the year, a two-run shot in the fifth, and starter Tyler Ivey allowed one earned run on five hits in five innings of work for Dos Laredos. Omar Narvaez drove in one of Monterrey’s two runs with a double in the fifth; the other run came when Narvaez scored on a fielding error by Laredos shortstop Luis De Los Santos.
El Aguila de Veracruz (6-6) 10, Bravos de Leon (9-3) 9 – Trailing 7-0, El Aguila got three in the six and then scored seven in the seventh to come from behind and take the series finale. All seven runs came with no outs in the inning, with Jose Heberto Felix clubbing a grand slam and Daniel Montano hitting a three-run homer three batters later to put El Aguila ahead. Three Veracruz relievers were perfect over the final three innings to preserve the slim lead. Gabriel Cancel hit a solo homer for Leon.
Conspiradores de Queretaro (5-7) 8, Olmecas de Tabasco (2-10) 7 (14 Innings) – Yangervis Solarte’s sac fly scored Kelvin Gutierrez with the game-winner in the top of the 14th for Queretaro. Yurisbel Gracial hit a two-run homer 12 innings earlier for Queretaro, which improved to 5-7, while the Olmecas became the first team to cross the 10-loss threshold this season.
