Conspiradores de Queretaro (11-13) 4, Tigres de Quintana Roo (11-13) 3 – Former New York Yankee Yangervis Solarte’s two-run homer in the top of the ninth got the Conspiradores past the Tigres in the series finale, and Yurisbel Gracial had a solo homer and an RBI single for Queretaro. Starter Tyler Viza allowed two runs on seven hits in 4 2/3 innings for the Conspiradores.
Pericos de Puebla (16-8) 8, Bravos de Leon (14-10) 7 – Moises Gomez’ solo homer in the bottom of the ninth was the final peck that put the Pericos their 16th win of the season and a two-game lead in the Zona Sur. It was the second solo homer of the game for the Puebla right fielder, who also homered in the third, and Christian Adames and Samar Leyva also homered for the Pericos.

Leones de Yucatan (9-15) 6, Piratas de Campeche (10-14) 3 – The Leones roared back from a 3-0 deficit to take their second win in a row behind a three-run homer by Dalton Guthrie in the eighth inning, and Yadir Drake went 3-for-3 with a run scored. Seven Yucatan relievers combined to hold the Piratas scoreless over the final 7 2/3 innings, allowing five hits and a walk. Cal Mitchell hit a solo homer, his seventh of the year, for Campeche.

Acereros de Monclova (13-11) 16, Caliente de Durango (11-13) 7 – Fernando Flores went 3-for-4, scored three times and punctuated the win with a two-run homer that drove in the last two runs for Monclova. Jacob Rhinesmith hit a three-run homer and Rodolfo Amador added a solo shot, and the Acereros had 16 of 25 baserunners in the game come around to score.
Olmecas de Tabasco (12-12) 6, Diablos Rojos del Mexico (12-12) 5 – The Olmecas’ fourth straight win got them back to .500, where they’re now tied with the Diablos, who have lost their last five straight. Agustin Ruiz went 2-for-3 with a run scored and three RBIs with a two-run double in the third and an RBI single in the eighth. Franklin Barreto and Julian Ornelas each homered for the Diablos. Fernando Salas recorded his 100th career save in the LMB, closing out the game for the Olmecas.
Tecolotes de los Dos Laredos (12-12) 5, Algodoneros de Union Laguna (9-15) 4 – Base hits from Harold Ramirez and Yadiel Hernandez in the seventh got the Tecos past the Algodoneros in Torreon Thursday night, and Ramirez went 2-for-5 and scored twice in the win. Touki Toussaint six-inning effort on the mound, where he allowed two earned runs on five hits for the Algodoneros and fanned six, was spoiled by the late Dos Laredos runs.
Sultanes de Monterrey (17-7) 4, Rieleros de Aguascalientes (13-11) 2 – Josh Lester hit his ninth homer of the year, a solo shot in the second, and the Sultanes capitalized on their opportunities, getting a timely single from Ramiro Pena in the third to score Raimel Tapia and a bases-loaded walk in the sixth by Ismael Alcantara to send another run home. The win maintained the Sultanes half-game lead in the Zona Norte.
Charros de Jalisco (12-12) 10, Saraperos de Saltillo (7-16) 2 – The Charros used small ball to manufacture three runs in the sixth and three more in the seventh to get past the Saraperos in the series finale. Josh Fuentes had a solo homer for Jalisco and Kyle Garlick hit a two-run dinger, and starter Kurt Heyer threw 5 2/3 innings, allowing a run on three hits and a walk with six strikeouts for the Charros.

Toros de Tijuana (17-6) 7, Dorados de Chihuahua (8-16) 6 – Two-run singles from Isaac Rodriguez and Junior Lake contributed to a six-run fourth inning for the Toros, who withstood a five-run Chihuahua rally in the eighth to improve to 11 games over .500 and keep their lead in the Zona Norte. Starter David Reyes threw seven innings, allowing one run on three hits and striking out 10 for Tijuana.
