Santos has played in two Major League Baseball seasons with the Pirates from 2022-23 and made his Major League debut on May 25, 2022 against the Colorado Rockies.

Santos elected free agency on November 6 prior to being signed to the Yankees and he is represented by Epitome Sports Management.
