Some of the biggest moments in Venezuelan baseball have happened at Miami’s loanDepot Park.
And less than a year after Venezuela claimed its first World Baseball Classic title at the home of the Miami Marlins, the Liga Venezolana de Beisbol Profesional’s defending champions, the Navegantes del Magallanes, will face the Tiburones de La Guaira in a two-game exhibition series in November, according to a report from El Extrabase.
Se espera que se realice una serie de exhibición, de dos juegos, entre Navegantes del Magallanes y Tiburones de La Guaira a mediados de noviembre en el loanDepot park de Miami, Florida.
Faltan detalles por definir para que se haga oficial.

Dates have not be confirmed, but the two-game series, which will not count towards the standings in the LVBP’s 56-game regular season, will be played in November.
The Navegantes won the 2025-26 LVBP title as well as the Serie de Las Americas last season, while the Tiburones would be returning to the site of the team’s greatest triumph, a 3-0 win in the 2024 Caribbean Series championship game over the Dominican Republic’s Tigres del Licey. It was the team’s first Caribbean Series title, and came under the leadership of Ozzie Guillen, who became the first Latin manager to win both a Caribbean Series title and a World Series title, which he won as manager of the Chicago White Sox in 2005. Starting in 2028, the Caribbean Series will return to loanDepot Park for three consecutive years.
In 2024, loanDepot Park hosted the Choque de Gigantes, a six-team exhibition series featuring the LVBP’s Leones del Caracas, Cardenales de Lara, and Navegantes del Magallanes, LIDOM’s Estrellas Orientales, and Puerto Rico’s Criollos de Caguas and Cangrejeros de Santurce.
