USC Trojans Reveal Renditions for Upgrades to Dedeaux Field

On Wednesday, the USC Trojans revealed renderings of the new features coming to Dedeaux Field. The upgrades to the ballpark are part of many different things Southern Cal is doing to bolster its athletics as it enters the Big 10 and leaves the Pac-12.

Athletic Director Jen Cohen revealed the new features back in September. The new and improved Dedeaux Field will have a capacity of 2,500-3,000 people. The seating options will be upgraded, and a new social area will be added around the bullpen in right field.

The renovations go beyond the ballpark as practice facilities will get an upgrade for the USC program. These new features include a new locker room, batting cages, a pitching lab, and a lounge for the players to kick back in. Cohen also said in their post that the construction is set to be ready for the 2026 season.

For the 2025 season, the USC Trojans will play most of their home games at Great Park in Irvine, Calif., and a handful at Page Stadium, where the Loyola Marymount Lions also play. The Trojans finished last season 31-28 overall and 17-12 in Pac-12 play.
