After a historic first day for the first-ever Arab Classic presented by Baseball United, the teams were back at it again for another long day of baseball.

Pakistan 12 – India 0

In what is known worldwide as the greatest cricket rivalry ever, Pakistan and India faced off on day two of the Arab Classic. For the third straight game, Pakistan scored double-digit runs thanks to tournament star Muhammad Hussain, who recorded two more RBIs thanks to a fifth-inning single. Players Jibran Murtaza, Mohammad Younas, Pierce Khan, and Zan Shariff von Schlegell also had RBI hits on the day.

Palestine 8 – Sri Lanka 7

Fans were in for a treat in this game as it would be the first one-run game of the tournament so far. Both teams traded punches back and forth, but none was bigger than Dylan Ahmed, who would connect on his first home run of the tournament. Sri Lanka would have a chance to take the lead in the bottom of the 4th  with bases loaded and one out, but Palestine’s pitching would once again hold it down.

Bangladesh 12 – Afghanistan 0

After being blown out in the first game of the tournament, Bangladesh bounced back strong, scoring 12 runs against Afghanistan. This was Afghanistan’s second game in which they failed to score more than one run, as they struggled on offense.

UAE 15 – Afghanistan 0

For the second time in three games, the UAE broke out offensively. After scoring ten runs in their first two games, they almost doubled that total, scoring 15. For Afghanistan, it was the second game in a row in which they failed to score a single run after being shut out against Bangladesh.

KSA 14 – Nepal 2

One day after losing their first game 15-6, KSA would come back stronger as they captured their first win of the tournament by blowing out Nepal. For Nepal, it is the second game in a row losing by double-digit runs as they lost on day one by a score of 17-2.
