Chris Taylor’s “CT3Foundation” Donating to Victims of the Los Angeles Wildfires

Los Angeles Dodgers left fielder Chris Taylor is doing his part in supporting those affected by the Los Angeles wildfires.

Taylor’s foundation, the CT3 Foundation, announced via their Instagram account that they will match people’s donations up to $5,000. The money will go to the victims of the wildfires that have spread across different areas of Los Angeles. These areas include the Palisades and Altadena.

Taylor and his wife, Mary, formed Taylor’s foundation in 2020. Previous ventures of the foundation included raising money for the families of children affected by cancer.

The CT3 Foundation has also started a polar plunge, which raises money for families with disabled children. Participants can run into the freezing Pacific Ocean at Manhattan Pier. This year’s CT3 polar plunge is scheduled for Feb. 2.

This kind gesture from Taylor and his foundation shows how a member of the Los Angeles Dodgers is giving back to a community experiencing hardship.

The Dodgers mean so much to Los Angeles, and the 34-year-old left fielder is making sure that is felt by giving back to them.

World Baseball Network sends thoughts and prayers to everyone affected by the wildfires in Los Angeles.
