The Netherlands (1-1) split its first two, routing the International Globetrotters 6-1 before running into a buzzsaw in Italy’s pitching staff. This is a ranking-points game for both national sides, and for the Dutch it’s a chance to prove the offense that went quiet against Italy can solve the tournament’s most decorated arm.
