The passion of the fans, the music, the food, and fun make this a unique experience for all baseball fans.”

Carlos Arellano Joins Mazatalan – Cal State Northridge alum Carlos Arellano is in camp with the Venados de Mazatlan, preparing for his fourth season in the LAMP.
The middle infielder has appeared in 67 games over the last three seasons with Mazatlan and Mexicali, and has played three years with Veracruz in the LMB.
“I am very excited because big things are coming. I have been preparing myself more mentally. It was difficult with so many foreigners in the summer, but I stayed focused on myself, giving everything and trusting that I can do everything possible for my team to win,” Arellano said in an item on the LAMP’s official website.
“Now we have a responsibility that can be fulfilled. We are happy with the team that is being formed, the atmosphere in the clubhouse is excellent. We all want to be champions and represent Mexico in the Caribbean Series.”
Ricky Karcher Arrives in Naranjeros Camp – American pitcher Ricky Karcher is the first foreign player to arrive at the Naranjeros de Hermosillo’s preseason camp.
Karcher appeared in one MLB game with Cincinnati in the 2023 season, and split 2024 between Triple-A Reno in the Arizona Diamondbacks organization and Northwest Arkansas, the Kansas City Royals Double-A affiliate. He arrived at Hermosillo’s camp in Arizona on Thursday and threw a bullpen for pitching coach Fred Corral.
Transactions – September 18: The Charros de Jalisco invited catcher Jesús Ángel Córdova Luque and left handed pitcher Carlos Stiff Rodríguez to camp. They released right handed pitchers Luis Alberto Herrera, Juan de Dios López, Jorge Alejandro Delgado.
