Major League Baseball's No. 1 overall prospect has reported to training camp the Tigres del Licey in his native Dominican Republic.

Milwaukee Brewers prospect Jesus Made officially showed up at the Tigres del Licey's training camp in Boca Chica, Dominican Republic, on Monday, where the club is preparing for the start of the LIDOM season. Also arriving in camp on Monday were Maikel Franco, Kevin Alcántara, Vladimir Gutiérrez, and Javy Guerra.

Made, 19, is rated the top prospect in baseball by MLB Pipeline and Baseball America, and is coming off a season that saw him play the whole season at Double-A Biloxi and play for the National League at the 2026 All-Star Futures Game. With Biloxi, Made appeared in 122 games, batting .271/.344/.430 with 24 doubles, 14 homers, and 91 RBIs.

A switch hitter who can play second, third, and shortstop, Made exclusively played shortstop at Biloxi this year. He signed for $950,000 in 2024, which looks to be a bargain given his meteoric rise through the Brewers chain.

Franco and Gutierrez spent the summer of 2026 in the Liga Mexicana de Beisbol, where Franco split the year between the Diablos Rojos del Mexico, El Aguila de Veracruz, and the Sultanes de Monterrey, batting .274/.327/.499 with 19 homers and 58 RBIs. Gutierrez was a workhorse for the Pericos de Puebla, throwing 100 innings over 18 starts with a 3.96 ERA and 95 strikeouts against just 15 walks.

Alcantara went 6-for-25 with the Chicago Cubs in 24 games, hitting his first MLB homer against the Los Angeles Dodgers on Aug. 3, and slashing .260/.350/.502 with 20 homers and 58 RBIs in 82 games at Triple-A Iowa.

Guerra, 30, split the season between Charlotte and Gwinnett, the Triple-A affiliates of the Chicago White Sox and Atlanta Braves, respectively, posting a 4.86 ERA in 37 innings across 26 appearances.
