Algodoneros de Union Laguna (29-36) 14, Saraperos de Saltillo (25-37) 4 – The Algodoneros scored five runs in the second and eighth innings, and Mason went 3-for-4 with two homers and six RBIs, hitting a solo homer in the third and a grand slam in the eighth, and Alberth Martinez hit a solo homer for Union Laguna in the third.

Guerreros de Oaxaca (35-30) 9, Pericos de Puebla (34-29) 4 – Luis Barrera went 4-for-5 with Alexi Amarista went 2-for-4 with two RBI triples and Juniel Querecuto had a pair of RBI singles as the Guerreros knocked off Puebla. Moises Gomez hit a solo homer in the third, his 15th homer of the year, in the loss for the Pericos.

Tigres de Quintana Roo (32-31) 5, Leones de Yucatan (25-39) 4 – Starter Jared Wetherbee gave the Leones every chance to win, allowing three hits and walking one while striking out four over seven scoreless innings, but a bottom-of-the-ninth bullpen implosion allowed the Tigres to steal a win. Run-scoring singles from Calvin Estrada and Phillip Ervin got the Tigres on the board, and then a three-run homer from Manuel Boscan sent the Leones fans home disappointed.
