On Tuesday, the Savannah Bananas announced a sellout for their Mar. 15 game inside Raymond James Stadium in Tampa.
This is quite a feat for the organization as it is the first-ever NFL Stadium they have played in. The venue normally hosts the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sundays.

There is expected to be a 65,000-person crowd to watch the Bananas take on the Party Animals in the NFL stadium. This makes the upcoming crowd the largest in the history of the Savannah Bananas.
Before arriving in Tampa, the team will play in the southern part of the state in Miami from Mar. 1-2. During those two days, they will play inside LoanDepot Park, home of the Miami Marlins.
Raymond James and LoanDepot are not the only two prominent places Savannah will be playing. Their 2025 world tour includes stops at Clemson Memorial Stadium, Busch Stadium, Nissan Stadium, Bank of America Stadium, etc.
With plenty of professional sports venues on the horizon along with Raymond James Stadium, the Bananas may draw in some big crowds during their upcoming season. Who knows, maybe these crowds in other cities can challenge this recently set record in Tampa.
