With Winter Leagues in the books, here is a look at the top selling LIDOM jerseys from this past season.
The highest-selling jersey belonged to Emilio Bonifácio, who spent this past season in LIDOM playing for Tigres de Licey. He batted .291, stole 13 bases for Tigres, and helped them all the way to the championship series against the future Caribbean Series champions in Leones del Escogido.
This season, the second highest selling jersey in LIDOM went to Fernando Tatis Jr. The MLB star’s green number 23 jersey for Estrellas Orientales was surely a popular pick. He was last seen playing for the club in the 2023-24 season.
Birthday blasts just mean more. 🎉

Coming in third place in jersey sales for LIDOM was Luis Polonia’s Águilas Cibaenas jersey. He played in the yellow and black in LIDOM from 2006-2011 while also winning two World Series championships.
LIDOM’s fourth highest selling jersey was Juan Marichal’s Leones del Escogido. He played for the Dominican club during the 1958-59 season. He would then have a Hall of Fame MLB career with the San Francisco Giants, which included 10 All-Star nominations.
Rounding out the top five in fifth place was Ronny Mauricio’s Tigres del Licey jersey. He made 34 at-bats for them during the 2023-24 Winter League season. Before that, he played in the MLB for a bit for the New York Mets.
Nelson Cruz had the sixth-highest-selling LIDOM jersey. His Gigantes del Cibao jersey was a hot commodity among Dominican Republic baseball fans. Cruz had a long MLB career and retired in 2023 as a seven-time All-Star and a four-time silver slugger.
