On Tuesday, the Clemson Tigers announced that they will play an exhibition game against the famous Savannah Bananas on Nov. 7. The game will be at Clemson’s home ballpark, Doug Kingsmore Stadium. The first pitch is scheduled for 7 p.m.

This is special because it is the first time Savannah has played a college baseball team. It will not be the last time the Bananas travel to Clemson, S.C., as they will be back in April 2025 to play the Party Animals in Memorial Stadium, the usual home of Clemson football.
The Tigers will follow up this game against Savannah with an exhibition on the road against the Alabama Crimson Tide in Tuscaloosa on November 9. That game will be on Saturday after the Bananas matchup on the same weekend.
These two games make up Clemson’s fall exhibition schedule as head coach Erik Bakich prepares his team for the 2025 season. The Tigers are coming off a great season, going 44-16 overall and 20-10 in ACC play. They made the NCAA tournament and hosted both a regional and super regional. They look to make it to Omaha for the College World Series for the first time since 2010.
