Eight-year Major League Baseball Veteran Jair Jurrjens has signed with the Lincoln Saltdogs in the American Association of Professional Baseball, a MLB Partner League.

The League’s regular season will start in May. It will be Jurrjens’ first time playing in the league after stops all over the world. Jurrjens has played in the CPBL, Dominican Winter League, Atlantic League, Mexican League and Venezuelan Winter League. He recently appeared in an exhibition series for Baseball United, playing for the Dubai Wolves.
Jurrjens, 39, has not played in the big leagues since 2014. He was an All-Star for the Atlanta Braves in 2011.
