Before starting the 2024 Liga Mexicana de Beisbol All-Star Game in Veracruz, the league announced that next year’s All-Star Game will be played in the nation’s capital at Estadio Alfredo Harp Helu.

The ballpark, located in the Ciudad Deportiva near Benito Juarez International Airport, is a modern facility that has been home to the Diablos Rojos del Mexico since 2019.

Next year’s contest will be the second time Estadio Alfredo Harp Helu has hosted the All-Star Game, having previously been the site of the midseason classic in 2019. It will be the 33rd All-Star Game played in Mexico City and the 91st in the league’s history.

Parque Delta, the home of the Diablos Rojos from 1940-56, hosted the LMB All-Star Game 11 times, in 1939, 1942, 1944, and from 1946-54. Parque de Seguro Social, which was home to both the Diablos Rojos and Tigres Capitalinos, hosted the LMB All-Star Game 18 times, in 1955, 1956, from 1957-60, twice in 1961, 1962, 1963, 1966, 1968, 1969, 1973, 1976, 1981, 1983, 1989, and 1996. Foro Sol hosted the 2001 LMB All-Star Game.
