On Thursday, all 16 SEC teams revealed their conference schedules for the 2025 college baseball season. The conference slate of games is set to start the weekend of March 14 with some big weekend series, including Tim Corbin and Vanderbilt traveling to play a retooled Auburn team, the reigning national champion Tennessee Volunteers hosting the Florida Gators, and Texas playing their first SEC series at Dudy Noble Field against Mississippi State.
There are plenty of other big-time matchups throughout conference play that ends on May 15. The Arkansas Razorbacks will head to Nashville to play Vanderbilt on the second weekend in a matchup of perennial SEC powers. On April 4, LSU travels to play one of the newcomers to the SEC in Oklahoma. On April 25, Arkansas heads on the road again to Gainesville to play Florida before hosting the Texas Longhorns the following weekend. LSU has another big matchup on the first weekend in May as they travel to College Station to play Texas A&M.
The final weekend on May 15 is arguably the best weekend of them all, with Oklahoma playing host to Texas in a big-time rivalry game, Tennessee traveling to Baum-Walker Stadium to play Arkansas, and LSU traveling to South Carolina to play the Gamecocks in Founders Park, which is always a tough place to play.
The SEC Tournament, which will be held in Hoover, Alabama, from May 20 to 25, will be a single-elimination tournament with all 16 teams involved. There are plenty of great matchups around the best conference in college baseball for 2025.
