The Auburn Tigers, Penn State Nittany Lions, Michigan Wolverines, and N.C. State Wolfpack will play in the Bahamas during non-conference play. The event is called the Atlantis Collegiate Baseball Series.

The four teams that are participating will be playing at Andre Rogers National Baseball Stadium in Nassau.

First, Auburn and Penn State will play a weekend series in Nassau on college baseball's opening weekend, which is February 19 through February 21.

Later, Michigan and N.C. State will play each other in a weekend series in Nassau from March 5 through March 7. The series between the Wolverines and the Wolfpack will be four games. A doubleheader between the two teams will happen on March 6.

This is the second year that college baseball is heading to the Bahamas. Last season, Indiana State and Penn State played at Andre Rogers National Baseball Stadium. Indiana State won two out of the three games in that series.

A look at the teams heading to the Bahamas in 2027

In 2026, the Auburn Tigers had the best season of any team heading to the Bahamas in 2027. Auburn finished with a 42-22 record and a 17-13 record in Southeastern Conference (SEC) play.

The Tigers hosted a super regional at Plainsman Park for the second straight season during the 2026 NCAA Tournament.

In 2026, the Penn State Nittany Lions finished with a 16-35 overall record and a 9-21 record in the Big Ten. They were the second-worst team in the Big Ten a season ago. The only team in the conference with a worse record was the Northwestern Wildcats.

In 2026, the Michigan Wolverines finished with a 34-24 overall record and a 17-13 record in Big Ten play. They finished in seventh place in the Big Ten last season and head into 2027 looking for their first NCAA Tournament appearance since 2022.

The N.C. State Wolfpack are entering the 2027 college baseball season in a new era. Chris Hart takes over the head coaching role, replacing long-time, legendary head coach Elliott Avent.

In 2026, during Avent's last season, N.C. State finished with a 32-24 overall record and had a 14-16 record in Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) play. The Wolfpack made the NCAA Tournament and played in the Auburn regional.
