Diablos Rojos del Mexico (62-29) at Tigres de Quintana Roo (43-48) – Franklin Barreto hit his 19th homer of the season in the second and Juan Carlos Gamboa’s RBI single in the fifth scored Barreto with the winning run for the Diablos as they handed Quintana Roo its 10th straight loss.

Piratas de Campeche (51-40) 4, Olmecas de Tabasco (53-37) 0 – Joe Record allow four hits and two walks, striking out six over six scoreless innings for Campeche, and Michael Baca and Armando Alvarez each had an RBI double as the Piratas won for the eighth time in their last 10 games. With a 1 1/2-game lead on Puebla for third place, the Piratas are a win or a Pericos loss away from clinching home field in the first round of the 2026 LMB Playoffs.

Leones de Yucatan (32-57) 2, Guerreros de Oaxaca (47-44) 0 – Five Leones pitchers combined to hold Oaxaca to four hits and two walks over nine innings, shutting out the Guerreros, who fell a game behind Leon for fifth place in the Zona Sur. Another loss by Oaxaca or win by Leon will lock Oaxaca into the sixth seed in the south.

Pericos de Puebla (49-41) 11, El Aguila de Veracruz (42-50) 4 – Newcomer Jose Rondon went 2-for-3 with three RBIs, clubbing a three-run double in the second, and Samar Leyva also drove in three runs for Puebla. The Pericos are in fourth place, 1 1/2 games behind Campeche and 1 1/2 games ahead of fifth-place Leon. A win or a Leon loss would clinch the No. 4 seed for Puebla.

Charros de Jalisco (46-45) 12, Dorados de Chihuahua (35-56) (10 Innings) – Jared Walsh’s three-run homer, his second dinger of the game, in the 10th got the Charros back above .500 and clinched a postseason berth for Jalisco. With the win, the Charros are a game behind fourth-place Monclova and can’t finish lower than sixth. Another win would assure them of at least the No. 5 seed.

SUNDAY: Tabasco Wraps Up Second Place Finish; All Zona Sur Berths Clinched But Seeding Up For Grabs

Toros de Tijuana (58-31) 8, Caliente de Durango (51-40) 4 – Edson Garcia hit a two-run homer and Philip Evans hit a solo shot as the Toros took the series opener from Durango. The results of the remaining games for both teams will have no effect on the teams’ playoff seedings, as Tijuana has clinched first place and Durango has clinched second place in the Zona Norte.

Algodoneros de Union Laguna (44-47) 10, Saraperos de Saltillo (38-53) 0 – Nick Torres hit a bases-loaded double in the second that scored three runs and then hit a grand slam an inning later, going 3-for-4 on the night with a run scored and seven RBIs as Union Laguna laid the boots to Saltillo.

Acereros de Monclova (47-44) 10, Rieleros de Aguascalientes (41-46) 4 – Magneuris Sierra drove in three runs with a bases-loaded double and Andretty Cordero and Leo Heras capped a seven-run fifth inning for Monclova with back-to-back homers as the Acereros kept pace a half game behind third-place Monterrey. With the loss, Aguascalientes fell into seventh place, a game behind Union Laguna and on the brink of elimination.

Tecolotes de los Dos Laredos (35-55) at Sultanes de Monterrey (47-43) – This game was postponed due to rain and will be played Wednesday night as part of a doubleheader.

Bravos de Leon (48-43) 13, Conspiradores de Queretaro (35-56) 8 – Gabriel Cancel went 3-for-5 with a pair of homers, giving him a league-leading 31 on the season, and Jimmy Kerrigan, Alejandro Mejia, and Aderlin Rodriguez each homered as the Bravos pummeled Queretaro with long balls. The win puts the Bravos in fifth place, a game and a half back of Puebla and a game ahead of Oaxaca.
