Georgia scored five runs in the first inning and run-ruled No. 7 seed Arkansas 11-1 to win the program’s first-ever SEC Tournament championship.

Ryder Helfrick’s 446-foot solo HR off Ryan Hetzler in the 8th sends No. 7 Arkansas past No. 6 Auburn 2-1 and into the SEC Tournament final.

Georgia spotted Florida six runs, never hit a homer, and still won 8-7. Ishikawa’s RBI double tied it. Jackson’s sac fly won it. First-ever final.

Cam Kozeal homered twice — including a 450-foot blast off the SEC backdrop — and Arkansas’s bullpen threw 8.1 scoreless to dismantle Texas 8-1.

Andreas Alvarez struck out nine in five-plus shutout innings and Auburn put up five in the first two to eliminate Texas A&M 7-0 in Hoover.
