Sultanes de Monterrey (48-43) 4, Tecolotes de los Dos Laredos (35-56) 1 (Game 1/Seven Innings) – Jared Wetherbee threw seven innings, allowing one run on three hits, walking two and striking out six, Victor Mendoza’s solo homer was the go-ahead run, and two runs scored on a fourth-inning throwing error by Dos Laredos pitcher Carlos Cardona as the Sultanes took the first game of the doubleheader.

Sultanes de Monterrey (49-43) 4, Tecolotes de los Dos Laredos (35-57) 1 (Game 2/Seven Innings) – Harold Ramirez provided the Sultanes with a solo homer and an RBI double as they beat his former team in the second game of the doubleheader to clinch the third seed in the Zona Norte for the 2026 playoffs.

Diablos Rojos del Mexico (63-29) 2, Tigres de Quintana Roo (43-49) 0 – Seven Diablos pitchers combined to allow the Tigres just four hits and three walks, and Franklin Barreto’s RBI single in the seventh provided all the offense the Diablos would need as they handed their long-time rivals their 11th consecutive loss.

Olmecas de Tabasco (53-37) 6, Piratas de Campeche (51-41) 5 (10 Innings) – Antonio Almeida singled home Marco Hernandez in the 10th to get the Olmecas past Campeche in the 10th. The loss doesn’t drop the Piratas out of third place, but it does mean that the result of tonight’s season finales between Tabasco and Campeche and Veracruz and Puebla will decide whether Puebla or Campeche has home field advantage in the first round.

Guerreros de Oaxaca (48-44) 15, Leones de Yucatan (32-58) 2 – Juan Santana and Mel Rojas Jr. each hit a two-run homer and drove in three runs, and Jorge Flores went 4-for-4 with two runs scored and three RBIs and the Guerreros stayed alive and have the possibility of claiming the No. 5 seed in the Zona Sur in tonight’s regular season finale.

Bravos de Leon (49-43) 6, Conspiradores de Queretaro (35-57) 2 – An RBI double by Sandber Pimentel started off a six-run seventh inning, and consecutive RBI doubles by Connor Panas, Marco Chicuate, and Gilberto Carrera kept the big inning going as the Bravos stayed a game ahead of Oaxaca for the fifth playoff spot in the Zona Sur. A win on Thursday night claims fifth place for Leon, while a Bravos loss and a Oaxaca win would send the Bravos to Mexico City to face the Diablos in the first round.

Pericos de Puebla (49-41) 8, El Aguila de Veracruz (42-49) 6 – The Pericos got a run in the bottom of the sixth, seventh, and eighth innings to come from behind and beat Veracruz to stay a half-game back of Campeche for third place. A Puebla win and a Campeche loss Thursday night gives the Pericos home field advantage in the first round.

Saraperos de Saltillo (38-53) at Algodoneros de Union Laguna (44-47) – This game was postponed by rain and will be played Thursday night as part of a doubleheader.

Rieleros de Aguascalientes (42-46) 5, Acereros de Monclova (47-45) 4 – Gabriel Noriega’s RBI single in the ninth gave the Rieleros the walk-off win and dropped Monclova into a tie for fifth with Jalisco. A win by Monclova combined with a loss by Jalisco on Thursday will get the Acereros the No. 4 seed and a first-round matchup with Monterrey, while the reverse would give them a first-round series against Durango.
